When will my order arrive?

Each product is handcrafted (with a lot of love, prayer, and caffeine) and ships within 2-3 weeks from the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida.

Note: We offer Free Shipping via USPS First Class Mail, which varies between 2-5 business days in transit.

How do I care for my leather products?

Application of Leather Conditioner/Cream every 3-6 months, depending on how dry your climate is. Leather conditioner or cream moisturizes the material so that it doesn’t dry out and crack.

Water Damage: If your leather product gets soaked, let it dry naturally (not in direct sunlight/heat)

Wallets: Try not to overfill leather containers, to prevent stretching.

What is your warranty policy?

At Peter's Bark, we take great pride in the quality of our leather goods and stand behind our products. All our leather goods come with a limited warranty to protect against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
  • If your product has a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • We reserve the right to determine if the damage is covered under the warranty.

Submitting a Warranty Claim:

  • To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at andrew@petersbark.com.
  • We will need your name, contact information, order number, and a description of the issue with your product.
  • We may also request photos or additional information to assess the claim.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from improper use or care of the product, such as exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or chemicals.
  • The warranty does not cover natural variations in leather color or texture, as these are inherent characteristics of the material and not defects.

What is your return policy?

At Peter's Bark, we take great pride in our leather goods and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received and processed.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at andrew@petersbark.com within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase and you can place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
